Our Story

Ricardo, the founder of "GO 4 Shuttle", started as an independent driver in Quito, providing transportation to travel agencies and hotels. Along the way, he discovered something important: many travelers had specific needs and concerns that agencies weren't addressing, especially when it came to exploring authentic places, meeting locals, or booking transportation without paying excessive fees or hidden costs.
From this realization, a simple yet powerful idea was born: to allow any traveler to book private transportation by the day, directly from their hotel and without intermediaries, with the freedom to choose routes, dates, and places to visit.
The problem was that there was no platform where travelers could get quotes, plan routes, or customize private transportation in Ecuador. That was the starting point for creating a different kind of solution.
Ricardo founded "GO 4 Shuttle", and shortly after, his wife, María del Carmen, joined him, becoming his partner and main support. Together, they built a network of partners in different cities across the country and developed a new agency: "GO 4 Shuttle Explorer."
Over time, the company grew beyond Ecuador, adding operations in Colombia and later in Peru, creating a community of partners who are now also friends throughout Latin America.

Today

Currently, from our offices in New York City, we coordinate and plan our transportation and tourism services, supported by a multicultural team and an international network.
What began as a local and ambitious idea has evolved into a comprehensive platform for booking tourist transportation and activities, including tours in Ecuador and cruises to the Galapagos Islands.
We continue to grow with a clear objective:
to make traveling in South America easy, safe, and authentic.
